❝ We had an amazing time staying at the apartment! Everything was as shown in the photos and even better: brand new, super clean, well-equipped, with spacious rooms and a lovely garden. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to avoid the crowdy city center, but still be close to it and have easy access to the highway for day trips. Efstratios was very pleasant and always available. Highly recommended! ❞

❝ We stayed 5 days at the apartment from Giorgios. The apartment is exactly as described, everything is super clean, super new and very well equipped and has a small balcony. You don’t need to bring shampoo / body lotion etc. Everything is prepared for you. We also got a small welcome basket with bread, cheese, coffee and biscuits.

The location is also very nice, you need 10 min by car to chania city. I would definitely recommend it!!!! ❞

❝ My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Georgios’. The studio is comfortable and well equipped. A bonus is the location: it’s only a couple of kilometers from the beach, Old Town, and the highway. We thought Chania was overly crowded with tourists, so we mainly used the apartment as our base and then jumped on the highway for day trips to other areas of the island. It was a relief to have a guaranteed parking spot after long, busy days in the sun. We were able to come home, relax and rest up for the next day. I would love to come back! ❞

❝ Το δωμάτιο είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμη καλυτερο. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία με parking έξω από το σπίτι, σε δέκα λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο και είκοσι λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο των Χανίων. Σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από το σπίτι υπάρχουν 3 μεγάλα σουπερμάρκετ, ενώ στον από κάτω δρόμο υπάρχουν φαρμακεία, φουρνος και αλλά μαγαζιά. Ο κ.Γεωργος και η κ. Δέσποινα ήταν ευχάριστοι, επικοινωνιακοι, εξυπηρετικοι και σε ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε στη διαμονή μας ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμοι.
Σίγουρα θα ξανά εμένα , το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. ❞

The location of the apartment is ideal as it is situated in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of the city center but also close to the highways leading to other cities and famous beaches avoiding the traffic and the hustle and bustle of the center. Definitely recommend! ❞

❝ Georgio apartment is the perfect place to stay at Chania. The apartment have everything you need, it’s very clean, the location is great, 15 min walk to a nice beach if you don’t have a car. many supermarket near by. Most importantly The host make you feel welcome, they even pick us up from the bus station due to our bus arrive very late at Chania. Georgios and his girl offer to pick us up at the bus stop to make us feel safe and welcomed. They even prepare some food for our next day, we feel extremely lucky to a good host. Will come back again for sure ! ❞

❝ We can highly recommend this apartment. The location is great. You can even walk to Chania town (20 minutes). All popular beaches were easily accessible by car.
